Are you ready for the ISDN switch off?
BT are switching off the PSTN and ISDN networks as part of their infrastructure upgrade, starting in 2023 they will cease all new supplies and move to a full migration of IP telephony before 2025.
The BT switch off will affect thousands of businesses throughout the UK, and many businesses are still unaware of BTs intention to phase out the technology.
Many existing phone systems that use legacy technology such as ISDN and PSTN have high maintenance costs and drawbacks when remote working.
Get ahead of the game, in most instances we can as a minimum migrate your PSTN and ISDN lines to SIP and place devices in the middle to bridge the gap so that you can use your existing technology.
What are the benefits?
Work collaboratively through cloud-based telephony platforms such as Microsoft Teams
Mobile apps to take calls from anywhere, from the office or at home.
Keep your existing business telephone numbers
What is SIP and VoIP?
SIP and VoIP (voice over IP) work by routing your calls over the broadband connection, it also means that whilst scaling up or down your business we can increase or decrease your licenses for flexible billing with ease.
We will work with you to review your existing phone bills and the hardware that you have and provide cost effective solutions, to date we’ve managed to beat every existing phone system bill that customers have brought to us.
