Our connectivity services cover all essential areas of business internet and voice to ensure your teams stay connected with fast, secure broadband and reliable phone systems.
Whether you’re working in the office, remotely, or across multiple locations, we offer broadband and network solutions tailored to your exact needs, all backed by expert support and industry-leading providers.
Today’s businesses demand more than just speed, they need resilience, uptime, and consistent performance. Leased lines deliver uncontended, symmetrical bandwidth using a private, direct fibre connection between your premises and the network core.
Whether you’re preparing for the 2027 PSTN switch-off, managing real-time cloud services, or running high-volume operations, No Fuss IT can provide a leased line that keeps you connected, secure, and ready to scale.
Upload and download at the same ultra-fast speeds, ideal for VoIP, video conferencing, large file transfers, and real-time cloud applications.
Our leased lines come with premium Service Level Agreements, including 100% target uptime, 4-hour fix times, latency guarantees, and rental credits for downtime.
Unlike broadband, leased lines offer an exclusive connection that isn’t shared with other users, ensuring high security and consistent performance.
Options such as Shadow VLANs and RA02 provide network and physical layer redundancy, reducing the risk of downtime due to line failures.
With interconnects to all major UK providers, including Openreach, CityFibre, Virgin, ITS, Vodafone and more, we deliver leased line connectivity almost anywhere in the UK.
Our Manchester-based support team is available 24/7 to monitor, manage, and respond. You’ll have direct access to real engineers, not ticket systems.
At No Fuss IT, we specialise in making the leased line installation process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re upgrading to a dedicated internet connection for business-critical operations or replacing unreliable broadband, our expert team ensures everything runs efficiently from day one.
The average installation time typically ranges from 45 to 90 days, depending on location and network conditions, but we manage the complexity so you don’t have to.
Once you place your leased line order, the physical network provider (such as Openreach, CityFibre, or ITS) schedules a site survey. This critical step determines how your premises can be connected to the nearest Point of Presence (PoP). During this survey, engineers assess everything from existing infrastructure to potential challenges, such as the need for roadworks or wayleave access.
If significant construction is required, you may be presented with Excess Construction Charges (EECs). Should this happen, we’ll guide you through the options and you’ll still have the freedom to cancel before committing. The survey also checks if you’ve requested resilient paths or circuit diversity (e.g. RA02), which may involve additional planning or routing.
For leased lines that involve installing infrastructure across public or private land, such as poles, ducts, or trenches, planning permission or wayleave agreements may be required. These agreements are typically needed when running fibre through buildings or across third-party land (like landlord-owned property).
At No Fuss IT, we work directly with the physical network operator to manage these legal and planning processes. However, delays can occur if landlords or property managers are slow to respond. That’s why we recommend starting any necessary communication early to avoid unnecessary downtime. Our team can support you in coordinating with landlords to help secure the permissions needed for a smooth installation.
The civil works phase involves the physical build, digging trenches, installing ducts, and laying fibre-optic cables to connect your premises to the core network. Depending on the location, this could involve accessing public highways or private land, which may require additional permits and local authority coordination.
If a diverse secondary circuit is needed for network resilience, additional routes or overhead poles may be required, which can extend the project timeline. Once the cabling is in place, engineers complete the fibre installation by splicing the new fibre into existing infrastructure and routing it to your premises. The final external step includes connecting to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) inside your building, which marks the completion of the physical delivery.
With the fibre circuit in place, the next step is to install and configure the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). At No Fuss IT, we offer a range of business-grade routers suitable for various bandwidth needs, from basic internet connectivity to advanced security and QoS (Quality of Service) features. If you prefer to use your own router or firewall, that’s no problem, we’ll provide the necessary technical details for seamless integration.
Our engineers configure the hardware with your chosen setup, including static IPv4 address ranges, firewall rules, VLANs, and optional IPv6 support, which is enabled by default. Before going live, we perform full circuit testing to ensure everything is functioning as expected. Only once the connection passes all tests is the service formally handed over and your contract term begins.
As your connectivity needs grow, No Fuss IT helps you stay ahead, with leased lines, mobile broadband, and fibre solutions built for what’s next.
For smaller teams or remote sites, we also offer ultrafast fibre broadband with high performance and low latency, perfect for business-grade internet at a lower cost.
Need a backup or a primary connection in areas with limited wired infrastructure? Our 4G and 5G mobile broadband services offer fast, flexible connectivity wherever you are.
Get a private, high-performance connection for your business. With symmetrical speeds up to 10Gbps and a guaranteed SLA, leased lines offer the ultimate in reliability and performance.
Service Management is an optional add-on. Our support team will service any router requests, ensure firmware is maintained and action configuration changes. All backed up by our 24/7 support service. Great if you don’t want the hassle of dealing with the equiptment.
Each products is clearly sign-posted before you order with its term. Typically in multiples of years (1 year to 5 years) depending on your preference.
We can provide additional IPv4 subnets to your connections (subject to conditions and additional charges). We also provide customers with a /64 IPv6 subnet (18,446,744,073,709,551,616 addresses as standard).
Yes! You can upgrade you bandwidth(typically in increments of 100Mb) as long as it remains under the bearer value of the service (typically 1Gb or 10Gb).
At the end of the minimum contract term you can continue to use the service or you can renew for another fixed term.
